Subscriptions are paid in full and your payment card will be charged at the time of purchase. The subscription will NOT be renewed after the term expires.
2. Shipping schedule/timing
FIRST SHIPMENT - (a) If the order for the subscription was placed on or before the 5th of this month, the first delivery will arrive on the second Thursday of the same month. (b) If the order for the subscription was placed after the 5th of this month, the first delivery will arrive on the second Thursday of the month following your order.
REMAINING SHIPMENTS - (a) Subscriptions will be delivered on the second Thursday of each month. This delivery date is subject to adjustment due to postal holidays and weather. In the case the delivery date will vary, we will do our best to notify you prior to delivery, but this is not guaranteed.
An email with tracking information will be sent to the subscription email address shortly before the subscription delivery date each month.
3. Address and contact information for recipient must be provided at time of purchase
(a)At the time of purchase, the subscription shipping address will remain the same for all deliveries. Should you need to change the shipping address, notice must be given at least 10 business days prior to the next delivery date.
(b)Accurate contact information for the recipient of the subscription must be provided in case additional information for delivery becomes required or must be provided.
4. Substitutions allowed by Mishima Reserve
(a)Our Product inventory is subject to change. In the unlikely event that a subscription product becomes unavailable for any reason, the item shall be replaced with an item of equal or greater value and may be done so without notification.
(b)All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
(c)Certain weights, measures, and other descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.(d)The inclusion of any products or services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this Site.
5. Cannot return or exchange
Products included in each subscription box cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any such products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-perishable Product that you purchase through the Sites, please contact us at [email protected] and comply with the terms of our Return Policy within the first thirty (30) days after your purchase. We will work with you to resolve your concerns and may, in our discretion, provide a refund or exchange. This is not a warranty or a guarantee, however, and we reserve the right to decline to provide any remedy.
