1. Mishima Reserve wagyu burgers

Start with Mishima Reserve wagyu burgers. Grilled to juicy perfection, our ground beef is 77% lean, so it’s got just the right amount of healthy fat to blow your mind with flavor. And for your guests who like a little more intensity, top them off with Beecher’s Flagship cheddar. BTW, we love mixing some of The Butcher’s Table Seasoning into our patties to add another savory dimension to the meat.

2. Mishima Reserve Tri-tip

What about a magnificent Tri-tip slow-cooked in the Traeger smoker with a side of Beecher’s Mac & Cheese? Yes and yes. And while the coals are still hot, crack a cold beer, and go introduce yourself to the folks who followed their nose to find you. Now, about that playlist…

3. Mishima Reserve Tomahawk

If you’re hosting a bigger crowd – or suspect the neighbors might finally stop by to return the tools they borrowed – our Tomahawk is a surefire crowd-pleaser. Treat it like your favorite Bone-in Ribeye. Salt it four hours in advance, add a little Butchers Table seasoning and your guests won't believe the majesty of this cut. 

4. Wilted Collard Greens

As remarkable as Mishima Reserve beef is, the acidity of bright, fresh greens is a perfect way to leaven the richness and give your taste buds a breather. We’re suckers for a little Southern flair, so braised greens, the bitterer the better, are a go-to for us. Collard, kale, mustard, radicchio—whatever’s freshest—and finished with a spritz of lemon and a couple twists of cracked pepper, are always delicious and near impossible to mess up.

5. Beecher's "World's Best" Mac and Cheese

Iconic mac & cheese is always a popular accompaniment—or standalone! Beecher’s version is truly delectable and one of our most sought-after recipes. Rich, buttery, creamy, salty, tangy, gooey… enough said.

6. Matthiasson Rose

With the big, smokey flavors of BBQ, a lighter wine can offer a pleasing counterpoint. Our Master Sommelier is a fan of the Matthiasson winery in California, in particular their rosé, which is primarily a Syrah/Grenache blend with distinct citrus notes. 

7. Shiner Bock

For the traditionalists on your guest list, it’s just not a BBQ without a bold beer to wash it down. This lightly hopped American-style dark lager pairs great with the flavors of BBQ.
