About the Tenderloin 

Bite by bite it came back like a dream, a dining déjà vu, a Mishima Reserve Filet Mignon flashback. “Estate” might be the wrong word, but it was most definitely Cape Cod, situated high on a bluff, croquet on the lawn, and a crowd – but not crowded. And it was unquestionably the tenderest steak ever eaten. Ever. The host’s graciousness and effusive handshake alleviated any sense of being an interloper. And the equally effusive Bombay and tonics made it easy to grant him his wish to make yourself at home. Arrayed across the slate patio, guarding against hunger, were a well-fortified buffet and a small brigade of grills, each glowing at different levels of intensity. You can’t remember his name–your new best friend–but he called to you from the grill, in the accent that captured perfectly your clan: “Hey champ, you better like lobster tails and tenderloin because that‘s all we got!”

Sustainably Packaged

We have two important objectives in preparing your order for shipment. First and foremost, that your meat arrives in perfect condition. Second, that the packaging be as environmentally friendly as possible. We seal each steak in its own airtight wrapper and use dry ice to ensure everything stays frozen or near-frozen in transit. The insulating liner is water-soluble and can literally be washed down the drain or composted, and the outer shipping carton is fully recyclable, post-consumer cardboard.
